Our largest selling model at this time is the Taverner Playhouse as shown. This model is available in a wide variety of colours and sizes to accommodate most gardens and budgets.
 The Taverner is an aesthetically pleasing Playhouse which incorporates a larger downstairs area with an overhanging upstairs bunk, this is accessible via a slanting stepladder which still leaves a maximum area for play in the downstairs area unlike some models that incorporate a staircase. Underneath the upstairs area is the outer porch which gives a shaded outdoor area for those hot summer days.

 
The Taverner Playhouse comes in two basic sizes.
 The standard 6ft x 6ft (1800mm) version with a ridge height of 7ft, can be extended to either 7ft or 8ft in depth. The 6ft and 7ft deep models have an upstairs/porch area depth of 750mm while the 8ft deep model has an upstairs area of 810mm.
 the porch height on the standard is 1100mm with a downstairs window size of 400mm x 400mm.

 The Taverner Deluxe (Overall size 7ft x 7ft - 2040mm) version with a ridge height of 7ft 6 inches, can be upgraded to 8ft in depth.
 The upstairs/porch depth is 750mm (810mm on the 8ft deep) with a porch height of 1160mm and downstairs window sizes of 500mm wide x 400mm high. The Deluxe model comes with the option of a high top upgrade which increases the Porch height to 1260mm

 All our houses are constructed using a framework of 63 mm by 38 mm Softwood timber that has had the edges rounded of to eliminate the chances of splinters. The walls are all of quality Ex 16 mm Scandinavian Pine shiplap tongued and grooved board.
  The base, upper floor and roof areas are constructed using high quality Weatherproof fabricated board, we find using this on the floor areas reduces the risk of splintering. We can however offer the lower floor area in solid tongue and groove pine boarding (please see the upgrades section)

 The standard prices on all the Taverner range includes the main structure complete with balustraded porch, 2 mm styrene safety glazed windows to the front, upstairs and one side wall (option to add a window to the opposite side wall), A full one piece door with fittings and a fully mineral felted roof. Not included are the Chimney, Window box planters, Curtains, Stable door upgrades and weatherproof treatment.
